Handsome fold-out 1962 color lithographed map of the Balkans, printed more than 56 years ago.
The map opens to 19" x 25" and is drawn on a scale of 34 miles to one inch.
Details include roads, railroads, canals, oil pipe lines, natural features, and the "boundary between Non-Communist and Communist countries."
The coverage area extends from Salzburg, Austria to Kirgil, Turkey, including Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, and the former Yugoslavia, as well as parts of Greece, Italy, and the U.S.S.R.
Condition:
This map is in very good condition, bright and clean, with
no
