The paste provides reliable continuous contact of the electrode, according to the principle of adhesion, with the surface of the head or body both during routine examinations (up to an hour) and during long examinations (up to a day) without the use of any helmets or fixing tapes. The paste is applied directly to the electrode or the patient's skin for the procedure. After the end of the procedure, the paste is washed off with water or removed with a napkin. The remains of the paste after the procedure are not toxic and do not stain clothes.
