Our Starling-Resistant Northern Flicker House is designed to let flickers in but keep starlings and sparrows out.
Made entirely out of recycled poly lumber and acrylic, this house will hold up during all seasons. Mounting screws and pine shavings are included!
The house has a slanted front, allowing the flickers to climb up it as they would a tree.
The recommending mounting location for this house is in a dead or alive tree near the edge of crop fields and pastures about 10' - 20' off the ground.

Welcome the flicker friends in your area with the JCs Wildlife Recycled Poly Lumber Northern Flicker House! This house is designed with Northern Flickers in mind, with a single room interior, a 3" entrance hole, and an 8.5" H X 9" W clear acrylic shield in order to keep other birds such as starlings and sparrows out. The house has a slanted front, allowing the flickers to climb up it as they would a tree. This Northern Flicker house also boasts engraved grip grooves and a decorative bird on a tree branch motif which help the flickers easily climb into the house.
Made of fade resistant and weather resistant recycled poly lumber, this Northern Flicker House will withstand wear and tear from its occupants as well as withstand the elements in your area. Your Northern Flicker House comes included with 2 bags of pine shavings for nesting material. The gradual slant and overhang of the roof lets rain glide off instead of going into the house where the nest could get saturated. The small cut outs on the sides of the house act as ventilation openings to promote airflow. Mounting screws will also be provided to easily attach your house to the tree. The recommending mounting location for this house is in a dead or alive tree near the edge of crop fields and pastures about 10' - 20' off the ground.

I CURRENTLY ACCEPT ONLY PAYPAL PAYMENTS. Payment MUST be received within SEVEN (7) days from auction end or Ebay will automatically put you on their non-paying bidder report. Payments received after seven (9) days will be returned.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUNDS
If an item purchased by the consumer is defective, then it is the consumer’s responsibility to notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If the consumer does not notify JCs Wildlife within 14 days of receiving the shipment of the defect, then it is up to JCs Wildlife discretion whether or not a refund will be issued. Upon notification, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
Returning your item: Items purchased that are received between November 23, and December 25, may be returned through January 14. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Refund Policy are still applicable with respect to such items purchased. All purchases made after December 25, are subject to the Standard Return Policy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be issued refund minus the 20% restock fee.
RESTOCKING FEE:
For the return of a defective item, JCs Wildlife will bear the cost of all shipping charges incurred to the consumer as well as provide return labels to the consumer, and no restocking fee will be charged. If an item is not defective, the consumer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to JCs Wildlife. Upon request, JCs Wildlife will provide a shipping label to the consumer in order to return the item back to our warehouse which will be deducted from the refund. JCs Wildlife will deduct a restocking fee up to 20% from the original order amount upon inspection of the returned item. Once a return has been requested, the consumer will receive a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned to the seller in the same condition received. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days of the original receipt date. The refund will be processed within 9 days upon receipt of the returned package.
