Description:
LACO's Vacuum Degassing Systems are complete, economical and efficient solutions for your vacuum application. The convenient portable cart-mounted degassing systems design are built with LACO's stainless steel Vertical Industrial Chambers mounted on a heavy duty extruded aluminum frame cart with locking casters.
This system features a 12" diameter by 18" tall vertical vacuum chamber with clear acrylic removable lid (this unit has 2 stainless steel lids, not acrylic). The manual vacuum valve and vent valves enable full control of the vacuum pump down and quick venting to prevent overflows during the degassing of componds. Integrated with a digital gauge (not included, this unit has a analog gauge), two stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump and trap all mounted on a common base, this system provides a complete setup for your degassing needs.
Applications:
Vacuum degassing is a vital processing step to be used with various epoxies, urethanes, resins, castings, compounds used in jewelry, sculptures, medical, electrical or non-metallic components. LACO Technologies recommends the use of a two-stage vacuum pump and digital vacuum gauge (one of our "H" rated systems) for degassing epoxies.
