Nibco S221B- 1 inch Solder 20 mesh Solid Cap Bronze Strainer
Not for Potable Water systems. The NIBCO® bronze Y-strainer protects equipment by filtering solids from flowing steam, gases or liquid piping systems with the use of a wire mesh straining screen. Y-strainers are installed upstream to protect valves, regulators, and meters, etc., from rust, pipe scale and dirt.
The strainer is a "Y" type with a branch angled off the flow path. It features a solid cap for screen maintenance. The strainers are equipped with solder end connections for easy installation. Please refer to NIBCO technical data sheets, chemical resistance guides and catalogs for engineering and installation information.
