Rare Vintage Chatty Cathy Tea Cart with two trays and two large plates and 4 small plates and cups by Mattel.. NOT mint-one tray has some rust. The other tray is in good condition. There is some wear on the tea cart. Not sure if the cups are original.  A great find for a Chatty collector..  Please see pictures for description. Sold as is..
