Vintage Tiny Chatty Baby Chatty Cathy Little Sister, Brunette, Tagged Dress EUC
15" tall.  Stamped on her back "Baby Brother".  I am the original owner and always dressed her as a girl.
She is wearing an original "Peppermint Stick" Mattel Chatty Cathy dress that is missing part of the lower snap, her panties
elastic is loose and she is wearing mid century plastic shoes.  Her limbs are tight and her blue eyes are
beautiful with full lashes.  Her lips have changed to a soft yellow.  There is a discoloration on the back
of her left thigh. Her talker no longer works but the string comes out about 7 inches.
She is from the early 1960's and now very rare in this type of excellent used condition.
